Can I meet with a real accountant?
Yes. Schedule a consultation with our CPA through our booking page, or call our team. We provide personal attention in English and Chinese, and you can talk through your questions with a real professional.
Do you work with clients in the US, Canada and China?
Yes. We handle company setup, bookkeeping, and business and personal tax in all three countries, and the cross-border work that connects them. US and Canadian plan prices are shown below; other work is quoted for your needs.
Can I start a US business from another country?
US citizenship is not generally required to own a US company. Formation, tax, and banking requirements depend on your circumstances. Our team can help you understand the process; banks make their own account approval decisions.
What is included in my plan?
Starter covers company formation and the essentials. Tax and Compliance adds business tax filings, a tax consultation, and the state annual report. Business in a Box adds a dedicated bookkeeper, quarterly statements, and estimated quarterly taxes. State fees are separate.
What information should I have ready?
Start with your proposed business name, contact information, address, and ownership details. Filing authorities and banking providers may request identification and supporting documents later in the process.
Can you take care of my bookkeeping?
Yes. Business in a Box includes a dedicated bookkeeper and quarterly financial statements.
Can you help with business taxes?
Tax and Compliance and Business in a Box include federal and state business tax filings and a one-to-one tax consultation. Tell the team about your entity and filing needs so they can confirm the scope before you begin.
What does e-commerce analytics cover?
Analytics brings sales, orders, and financial metrics into view, helping you understand store performance and payouts across your e-commerce workflows.
Can you help with sales tax and reseller certificates?
Yes. We handle sales tax registration and reseller certificates for an additional fee. Ask the team to confirm the requirements and fees for your business.
Do you handle payroll?
Yes. We prepare quarterly and annual payroll filings for an additional fee. If you need to run payroll regularly, we can help you set up an ADP account.
