Your privacy matters.
Before you choose, PostHog counts visits and clicks with a daily site-specific hash. Decline turns off optional cookies and recordings. Browser privacy signals pause measurement until you explicitly allow site analytics; advertising measurement stays off. With your agreement, we measure visits, campaign sources, clicks and embedded bookings; recordings hide text and inputs. We keep the first recorded source for up to 90 days. Use Cookie choices to stop collection and clear this browser's measurement data. Google ad cookies and ad personalization stay off. If one of our ads brings you here, we tell that ad platform when you book, and may tell it when you spend time on a page, tap our phone number or pick a time, but never your name, email or phone. With your agreement, OpenAI's and Meta's measurement code also sets cookies on this site, and OpenAI may receive hashed contact details to match bookings to ad clicks. How Google uses this information.
Booking a call means you agree to this policy. When an ad brought you to our site, we report your booking to that ad platform with the ad's click ID, the booking time and your browser and device type (your browser's user agent), so it can measure the ad. We may also report, the same way and once per visit, when you spend 30 seconds or more on a page, tap our phone number or pick a time, and the platform may use these reports to decide who sees our ads. We never share your name, email, phone or tax information. To opt out, turn on your browser's privacy signal (Global Privacy Control), or email us and we will stop reporting your bookings.
Calendly handles appointment details and its own cookies under its privacy terms. We send Calendly a fixed label for the public page that led to booking, so we can measure completed appointments by page. We do not forward your search terms or arbitrary URL values. The client portal handles information you provide under its own privacy terms.
